Everything you need to know before renting with us. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

A booking request is not valid until a confirmation form has been submitted with all required details and you have received a confirmation via email from us. By submitting the form, you agree to provide accurate information and to fulfil the obligations outlined in our policies.

Please note that refunds are only issued if the cancellation is made by Kidtastic. In such cases, you will receive a full refund promptly. You as a customer may cancel or amend your hire at any time before the first day of the rental period. For cancellations made on the first day of the rental, we reserve the right to invoice you 50% of the total rental cost.

We kindly ask all our clients to treat our rental items with the same care as they would their own, so many families can continue to enjoy them. Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches or stains, is expected with daily use, and most items may already show signs of previous use. We always try to provide condition details for each product in the specifications if it is deemed necessary, so you know exactly what to expect before renting.

Please note that if a rental item becomes damaged beyond normal wear, is lost, or stolen during your rental period, you will be responsible for reimbursing us the market value of the item.

How do we ensure the car seats you rent haven’t been in accidents?

While we cannot guarantee a car seat has never been involved in a crash, we have a clear car seat crash policy to protect our clients. If an accident occurs, you won’t be held responsible for reimbursing the cost of the car seat. We trust that all clients will inform us if a car seat has been involved in any accident, big or small.

Any car seat involved in a crash is safely and responsibly disposed of to ensure ongoing safety. We thoroughly inspect every car seat before and after each rental, and encourage our clients to carefully check their rented car seat and its safety features before use.

All our rental items are carefully cleaned and sanitised between clients using gentle, child-safe cleaning products. Fabrics are washed or steamed, and hard surfaces are thoroughly wiped and vacuumed to ensure your child’s health and safety. This routine cleaning is included in your rental fee.

If an item is returned requiring extra deep cleaning or is damaged beyond normal use, we reserve the right to apply a cleaning fee based on the extent of the situation.

You may notice that we don’t offer instant booking or set prices on our website, and that’s on purpose.

The prices shown on our website reflect single-item rentals for up to one week. But here’s the good news: the more you rent and the longer your rental period, the better your price will be. Our “Rent more – Pay less” approach means we can pass savings on to you, making family travel more affordable without compromising on quality.

Swim Classes

From registration and class levels to what to bring to our swim lessons, our FAQ covers everything you need to know to make your child’s swimming experience with Kidtastic Costa del Sol safe, fun, and stress-free.

Yes, we offer a trial session for new swimmers. This allows you and your child to experience our classes before committing to a full term.

Our classes are designed for children from 4 months old and up. We offer:

  • Parent-accompanied classes: For children aged 4 months and above.
  • Stroke introduction: For children aged 4 years and above who are comfortable being in the water without a parent.
  • Stroke development: For children aged 4 years and above who are comfortable being in the water without a parent, and can swim 3–5 metres unassisted and are ready to learn proper strokes.
  • SEN (Special Educational Needs) classes: Tailored sessions for children requiring additional support.

Class sizes vary depending on the location and need, to ensure personalised attention:

  • Parent-accompanied classes: 4–7 children per group.
  • Stroke introduction: 2–4 children per group.
  • Stroke development: 2–3 children per group.
  • SEN classes: Semi-private or private sessions.

We currently offer classes at two locations:

  • Calahonda – Crown Resort Marbella:
    C/Monte Paraíso 2, Urb Sitio de Calahonda, 29649 Mijas-Costa, Málaga.
  • Cancelada – Paraiso Pueblo:
    The Body Expert Gym, Paraiso Pueblo, C. Algarrobo, 29679 Marbella, Málaga.

For private lessons we can also come to your home or accomodation, provided that the pool maintains a minimum temperature of 28 degrees Celsius.

Class fees may change each term, but currently range from €15–€25 per lesson for group classes and €45–€70 per lesson for private sessions, depending on location and type of class.

Yes, absolutely. We do our best to accommodate families and schedule siblings in concurrent classes at the same location on the same days.

It’s normal for young children to feel apprehensive. Our instructors are experienced in helping them become comfortable and confident in the water. We specialise in small, focused swim classes that give your child the best possible chance of building confidence. Lessons are delivered in a gentle, play-based way that encourages fun, exploration, and gradual skill development.
